I am constantly inspired and enthused by the passion our clients have for their businesses. In working to make life as simple as possible for small business owners we always look to tune into their concerns and then go about finding solutions to ease the burdens of managing a small business. As a prime example, think of a business that requires its staff to head out on the road, to either visit clients or make deliveries. When you hired that employee, did you get a copy of a valid driver’s license? It sounds like such a simple assumption to make, who doesn't have a license, but even a minor car accident while the employee is travelling for work and unlicensed could land you in a world of litigation and financial pain.

Careful planning and consideration of the processes from start to finish will alleviate many small issues and allow you to maintain an open, communicative relationship with your staff. Now, don't read today’s blog and just go out and start writing letters and creating forms on an adhoc basis.
