When you hired that employee, did you get a copy of a valid driver’s license? It sounds like such a simple assumption to make, who doesn't have a license, but even a minor car accident while the employee is travelling for work and unlicensed could land you in a world of litigation and financial pain.

Careful planning and consideration of the processes from start to finish will alleviate many small issues and allow you to maintain an open, communicative relationship with your staff.
